According to Head of Federal Tax Service Mikhail Mishustin, new technologies and portal solutions are serious competitive advantages. German Gref noticed that digitalization is quite a long and expensive process. In order to simplify shift to electronic platform it is crucial to involve private sector. It can provide 60-70% of state services, said the head of Sberbank.
IMF's Fiscal Affairs Department Director Vitor Gaspar talked about foreign experience of application of new technologies in economy and state services. According to him, there is no threat in the fact that technological changes increase the overall level of changes in society. "Technology is not an engine itself. Wemoveittogether", he said and announced a new book about digitalization that will be distributed free at IMF web site.
