Today, the system of public procurement is aimed at creation of information space which will ensure openness and transparency. This problem can be solved with the help of electronic documents, uniform qualifiers, and uniform primary information sources.

In Russia electronic procurement will become obligatory since January 1, 2019, however its implementation has been possible since July this year. And since November, 2017, there is a Rate card of goods, works, and services in the Unified Information System, which will increase transparency of procurement activities and reduce corruption risks.

On the first working day of the Moscow Financial Forum, September 6, a business session “Digital Public Procurement” will be held. Session participants will be able to discuss ways to improve procurement mechanisms and thus increase their efficiency.
