1. When and where will the Moscow Financial Forum take place?

The Moscow Financial Forum will take place on 8 September 2017 at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall in Moscow.

2. WHO ARE THE FORUM’S ORGANIZERS?

The Forum’s organizers are the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Moscow City Government.

3. HOW MAY I TAKE PART IN THE FORUM’S BUSINESS PROGRAMME?

4. WHAT IS THE PARTICIPATION FEE FOR THE FORUM? WHAT ARE THE PARTICIPATION TERMS?

Participation in the Forum is free and by invitation from the Organizing Committee only.

5. REGISTRATION FOR THE MOSCOW FINANCIAL FORUM

The delegation's contact person will receive a Notification Letter with detailed instructions for online registration, with the contact information of a specially designated Delegate Manager, and the login and password required for access to the Delegation's Personal Web Office.

6. WHAT IS A PERSONAL WEB OFFICE AND HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

Personal Web Office is a section on the Forum’s site where a delegation’s contact person is able to register participants. To access your Personal Web Office, please sign in using the login and password provided in the Notification Letter.

7. HOW IS PERSONAL DATA CONFIDENTIALITY ENSURED ONCE THEY ARE PROVIDED IN THE PERSONAL WEB OFFICE?

The Personal Web Office is accessed using a security protocol. Any information we receive from you is treated as personal and confidential. In accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, all the information provided is strictly confidential.

8. WHEN DOES REGISTRATION FOR THE FORUM CLOSE?

Participant registration closes on 15 August 2017.

9. ACCESS TO THE MOSCOW FINANCIAL FORUM VENUE

To access the Forum’s venue at the Manege CEH, one needs an accreditation badge. The badge may be claimed at the Forum Accreditation Points. For more information read FOR PARTICIPATION. Your accreditation badge must remain visible at all times during the Forum. Accreditation is non-transferrable.

10. WHAT IS AN ACCREDITATION BADGE?

An accreditation badge is a programmed card (contact card) with a unique key linked to the information on the participant in the database. The badge contains information about its holder. The photo for the badge may be uploaded on to the Personal Web Office on the Forum website, submitted in an electronic format or a photo may be taken at the Accreditation Point. Requirements for photos: colour photo in JPEG format, at least 480x640 pixels, resolution at least 72 dpi, full-face, no headgear.

To be considered, you need to submit an official letter to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
