Participation in the Moscow financial forum 2017

Conditions for Participation 

Dear Participants,

Participation in the Moscow Financial Forum is free of charge and by written invitation of the Organizing Committee. All participants in the Forum should hold badges for accessing the Forum venue at Manege CEH. In order to obtain a badge, please register online.

  • After receiving your Invitation and Notification Letters with your login and password, log in to the Personal Web Office and fill in all the information fields required for online registration;
  • A Сonfirmation Letter should be sent to the email address indicated after all compulsory information fields have been completed. Participants who have registered but not received a letter confirming their online registration should notify the Organizers by email to info-mff@minfin.ru no later than August 15, 2017;
  • Each delegation will be assigned a Personal Manager, who will provide you with all the information you might need for accreditation and services;
  • Each participant should pick up their personal badge at the Accreditation point located at the Manege CEH (1 Manege Square, Moscow).

Accrediation of Participants 

Please be advised that access to the Forum venue will be granted upon presentation of an accreditation badge.

You may obtain accreditation and receive your badge at the Accreditation Points from 4 to 8 September.

 Before claiming your badge, please be sure that:

  • you have completed the online registration procedure;
  • you have accurately provided all the requisite personal information;
  • your participation has been approved by the Forum’s Organizing Committee and that this fact is reflected in the organizers’ data system;
  • you have uploaded a badge photo to your Personal Web Office or have already submitted a photo to the organizers in the requisite format (a colour photograph on a white background, in JPEG format, 480×640 pixels, 300 dpi resolution, including a frontal view of the entire face, head uncovered, and with the face making up at least 70% of the photograph).

Prior to collecting your badge, you are advised to contact your personal manager or the Information Centre to confirm it is ready. Please note that you must present your passport in order to pick up your accreditation badge. An authorised representative may collect your badge only by presenting his or her own passport, plus a power of attorney. To avoid any difficulties in gaining entry to the meeting venue, you are strongly advised to collect your badge in advance from the Accreditation Point.

Your accreditation badge must be visible at all times during the Forum. Accreditation badges are non-transferrable. If you find a badge, please return it to the Accreditation Point.
