On the second day of the Moscow Financial Forum, the Manege Central Exhibition Hall will host 13 business sessions.

On September 13, the Moscow Financial will be opened by the plenary session "Economic reforms in Russia: evolution and today's priorities". Public and business authorities will discuss the main stages of development of the Russian economy and current reforms for the country as of this date.

The participants of the Forum will pay particular attention to the formation of an effective tax policy in various industries - individual sessions will be devoted to taxation of the oil and alcohol industries. Earned income tax experiment first results will be showed at the business session "Special tax regime for self-employed persons: results and possibilities of expansion".

On the second day of the Moscow Financial Forum, participants will return to the implementation of national projects in the framework of the discussion "Management by objectives: experience of national projects and reform of state programs"and discuss the role of youth in achieving its indicators. The development of human capital will also be discussed at a session entitled "Creation of conditions for self-realization and bringing talents to light as a factor of socio-economic development".

 Public and business authorities and expert community will touch upon various aspects of the development of digital technologies, including risks and opportunities for financial education in the digital era. In an open dialogue format, a discussion will be held on the prospects for the use of digital innovations in the work of departments during the session "Federal Treasury — new rules and new opportunities".

As part of the implementation of the program for the development of remote territories, a round table will be held on the topic "Promising areas for pilot testing of social impact projects in the Far Eastern Federal District and Arctic".

In addition, the program of the second day of the Moscow Financial Forum includes business sessions on international experience and domestic practice of regulating of budget expenditures, innovations in the subfederal debt market, the development of financial control and audit in the general government sector.
