The programme of the Second Moscow Financial Forum to be held on September 8, 2017, in the Central Exhibition Hall ‘Manege’ is announced.

The participants of the first plenary session Financial System of Competitive Economy in the 21st century: Challenges and Solutions will discuss the structural changes of world financial system necessary for stimulating economy growth, addressing modern challenges and providing sustainable development. The second plenary session will be focused on developing measures and incentives aimed at curtailing the shadow economy and creating opportunities for competition and investments.

During the thematic plenary debates participants of the Forum will discuss the problems of budget and tax policies, prospects of development of budgetary relations, system of government procurement, trends in development of state financial control, principles of building the open budget, changes in the system of mandatory vehicle insurance and other relevant issues.

The second Moscow Financial Forum will bring together more than 1,500 representatives of state authorities, businesses, world-class professionals and experts, politicians and public figures. The Forum is dedicated to the 215th anniversary of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the 870th anniversary of Moscow as the nation’s largest financial center.
