The session titled “Centralizing Accounting Within Public Administration” will be held on September 6, on the first day of the Moscow Financial Forum.

Improved quality of public administration is a priority target in the development of the country. Centralized accounting can ensure an efficient management of the state finance and optimize the functioning of the financial and budgetary sphere.

The session speakers, including public officials and business representatives, as well as financial and IT experts, will be discussing centralized accounting models to find out the most efficient one. 

Additionally, the participants will make an attempt to understand how executive authorities might benefit from the transfer of accounting power, and will evaluate the prospects of legal regulation of the process.
