On the first day of the Forum, September 12, the First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Leonid Gornin will take part in the session "National Projects and Regions: Tasks and Ways to Solve Them".
During the discussion “Improving the Availability and Quality of Citizen Support through Digitalization,” Deputy Minister of Finance Anton Kotyakov, together with leading experts from the Federal Treasury, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, will analyze the opportunities and risks of introducing digital technologies in the social sphere.
Optimization of public procurement mechanisms will be discussed by the Deputy Minister of Finance Alexey Lavrov with the Head of the Federal Treasury Roman Artyukhin and Mikhail Evraev, Deputy Head of the FAS. Lavrov was also declared as a speaker in the discussion "Social Certificate as a Tool to Increase the Availability and Quality of Budget Services".

Vladimir Kolychev will speak at another session of the first day of the Moscow Financial Forum - “Efficiency of Budgetary Rules in the EAEU Member States. Opportunities for Developing a System of Supranational Budgetary Rules.”
Within the business session “Improving Customs Administration. Priority of Electronic Technologies” Deputy Minister of Finance Ilya Trunin and representatives of the Federal Customs Service and the Ministry of Economic Development will raise a number of issues related to the accelerated development of electronic services in the customs sector.Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Andrey Ivanov will act as a moderator of the open meeting of the club of financial directors "Providing Government Support Measures: Implementation Mechanisms and Effectiveness of Attracting Private Investment in Investment Projects."
On the second day of the Moscow Financial Forum, a business session “The Impact of Tax Policy in the Oil Industry on the Social and Economic Development of the Industry” will be held, in which Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Ilya Trunin will take part. He will also speak at the discussion “Innovations in Contactless Tax Administration. Experience in Implementing the Self-Employed Project. The session with the participation of Ilya Trunin, representatives of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and experts in the alcohol industry will be dedicated to the prospects for the development of the alcohol industry and the search for a balance of interests of the state, business and consumers.
