The strategic session “Russian Economy & Financial Markets – is there life after the pandemic” is going to be attended by Minister of Finance of Russia Anton Siluanov, Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, Chairperson of the Central Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina, and President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank Andrey Kostin.
