MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is a federal executive body that regulates budgetary, tax, insurance, foreign exchange activities, public debt, accounting and audit, extraction, production, processing of precious metals and precious stones, customs payments, and also the development of financial policy in the area of civil service and judicial system. Its activities are based on the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal constitutional laws, federal laws, acts of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation coordinates and controls the activities of the federal services and — The Federal Treasury, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Customs Service, the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation and the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
The Ministry is headed by the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.

MOSCOW CITY GOVERNMENT
The Government of Moscow (Moscow Mayor's Office) is the highest permanent collegial executive body of state power of the city of Moscow, which has general competence and ensures the coordinated activities of other executive bodies of the city of Moscow. The system of executive authorities of the city of Moscow is formed by the Government of Moscow, as well as sectoral, functional and territorial executive authorities of the city of Moscow subordinate to the Government of Moscow.
The Moscow Government is headed by the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin.
